Terms & Conditions — Rubet Platform

Welcome to Rubet, an English-language online sports betting and casino information platform accessible at rubet.cam (the "Platform"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Rubet ("Rubet", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all content, features, services and functionality available through the Platform.

Rubet is an informational and entertainment platform oriented toward Pakistani users. It is not a Pakistani government-licensed gambling operator and does not claim approval from the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority. Users in Pakistan must independently determine whether their access to and use of online gambling services is lawful under applicable local law, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any applicable provincial legislation.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any manner. If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below throughout this Agreement:

By accessing the Platform in any manner — including browsing, registering an Account, placing a bet, accessing a casino game or using any feature — you confirm that:

1. You have read these Terms & Conditions in full and understood their content;
2. You agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy;
3. You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 4;
4. You acknowledge that online gambling may be restricted under your local law and that you bear sole responsibility for compliance;
5. You understand that Rubet is an informational and entertainment platform and does not hold a Pakistani gambling licence.

These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. Rubet maintains a strict adults-only policy. Users found to be under the required minimum age will have their Accounts suspended immediately and any balances may be forfeited subject to applicable law.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under guardianship orders, mental incapacity declarations or similar legal restrictions are not eligible.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: You are solely responsible for confirming that your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Rubet does not warrant that the Platform is legal in any specific location, including Pakistan.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Section 10.
• Accurate Information: All registration information you provide must be accurate, complete and kept up to date. Providing false information, including false age or identity information, will result in immediate Account termination.
• Not Self-Excluded: Persons who have self-excluded from gambling platforms — whether through Rubet's own tools or any operator-level exclusion — are not eligible to register or use the Platform during the exclusion period.

To access the full features of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate details including your name, date of birth, email address and any other information required at the time of registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

Rubet reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at our sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason. Registration does not constitute a guarantee of continued access to the Platform.

In accordance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gambling commitments, Rubet may require Users to complete identity and age verification ("KYC") before certain features — particularly withdrawal processing — become accessible.

Typical KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to:

• Identity Document: A valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a valid passport;
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or similar official document confirming your residential address, where required;
• Liveness / Selfie Check: A selfie or live video verification as directed by the Platform's secure verification flow;
• Payment Method Verification: Evidence of ownership of any payment method used for deposits, if required by the operator.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or submission of documents that fail verification, may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure. Rubet reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time in accordance with compliance obligations.

The Platform may reference familiar Pakistani payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah as contextual examples only. None of these providers endorse, affiliate with, or formally support this Platform or gambling transactions. Actual method availability is determined by the operator and is subject to change.

Users are advised to note the following in connection with deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set by the operator and may be denominated in PKR or equivalent. Users should check the live cashier for current applicable limits before transacting.
• Cryptocurrency deposits (where available) — including BTC and USDT — are subject to network fees, exchange rate volatility and wallet compatibility requirements.
• Withdrawal requests are processed after all applicable KYC verification checks have been completed. Processing timelines are not guaranteed and depend on the operator, the payment provider, and the User's verification status.
• Rubet does not guarantee any specific withdrawal processing speed. Claims such as "instant guaranteed" or equivalent do not appear anywhere on this Platform and should not be inferred.
• Users must ensure that the payment method used for withdrawal is the same as, or otherwise linked to, the method used for deposit, unless the operator's cashier explicitly permits otherwise.

Rubet may present illustrative bonus and promotional offer examples including welcome offers, reload bonuses, cricket weekend promotions and cryptocurrency deposit offers. All such examples — including PKR amounts such as "up to PKR 25,000" — are illustrative only and do not constitute guaranteed active promotions. Current promotional terms are set by the operator and may differ materially.

The following general conditions apply to all bonus and promotional credits unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 30x, 35x) must be satisfied using qualifying bets before associated winnings become withdrawable. Always verify the precise requirement for each promotion.
• Minimum Deposit: A minimum qualifying deposit — illustratively PKR 1,000 or as stated in the specific promotion — is typically required to trigger a bonus offer.
• Expiry: Bonus funds expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period (e.g., 14, 21 or 30 days). Expired bonus funds are forfeited.
• Eligible Markets: Certain bonuses may only be usable on specific bet types, sports markets or casino categories. Wagers placed on excluded markets may not contribute to wagering requirements.
• One Bonus Per Person: Welcome offers and registration bonuses are limited to one per person, household, IP address and payment method unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Abuse Prevention: Rubet reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reverse bonus credits and associated winnings where evidence of promotional abuse, multi-accounting or exploitation of a technical error is identified.

All bets placed through the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the market, sport or event in question, as displayed at the point of bet placement. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of any bet before confirming it.

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is confirmed only when the Platform acknowledges receipt and issues a confirmation reference. Until that confirmation is received, no bet should be considered placed.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to movement prior to confirmation. In live (in-play) markets — including PSL, ICC and other cricket events — odds may change significantly within seconds. The price displayed at confirmation is the binding price.
• Voids and Cancellations: Bets may be voided in circumstances including event cancellation, market suspension, manifest pricing errors or force majeure events. Voided bets are refunded at the stake amount.
• Palpable Errors: Rubet and the operator reserve the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect or "palpable error" odds regardless of whether the bet was accepted. An obvious pricing error does not create an enforceable obligation.
• Maximum Stakes & Winnings: The operator may impose maximum stake and maximum payout limits per event, per market or per settlement period. Limits are available in the operator's betting rules documentation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Multi-Accounting: Opening, operating or benefiting from more than one registered Account;
• Fraudulent Activity: Use of stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods; chargebacks initiated in bad faith; or any form of financial fraud;
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers through coordinated multi-accounting, use of bonus-hunting software or any scheme designed to extract value from promotions without genuine play intent;
• Automated Betting Systems: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform in place of genuine manual use;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users to fix outcomes, share information improperly, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage in casino games or sports markets;
• Money Laundering: Use of the Platform to move, layer or integrate criminally obtained funds in any manner inconsistent with applicable AML law;
• Underage Use: Accessing or using the Platform while under the minimum required age;
• Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration, KYC or any other interaction with the Platform.

Rubet is committed to responsible gambling. Gambling on the Platform should be treated as entertainment only — never as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses. The following responsible gambling tools are made available to Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control spending;
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per session or period;
• Session Time Controls: Set maximum session durations and receive alerts when session limits are approaching;
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders displaying time spent and net position during the current session;
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or indefinite self-exclusion from the Platform. During a self-exclusion period, new registrations are blocked and the Platform will not market to the excluded User.

All content published on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and the compilation thereof — is the property of Rubet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, duplication, copying or resale of any part of the Platform for commercial purposes;
• Systematic extraction or scraping of Platform data, including odds, content or user data;
• Modification, translation or creation of derivative works based on Platform content without express written authorisation;
• Use of any Rubet trademark, trade name or brand element without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes a violation of these Terms and may infringe applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rubet, its directors, officers, employees, partners and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill;
• Interruption of service, technical errors or Platform unavailability;
• Decisions made by the User based on information published on the Platform;
• Any gambling losses sustained through use of the Platform;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of User data.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal data in connection with your use of the Platform.

By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the Privacy Policy, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

Key data-handling principles applied to Rubet users include SSL encryption across all pages, KYC and payment data processed through secured operator flows only, and no sharing of personal information with third parties outside of KYC/AML compliance obligations. Rubet reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice through the Platform — for example, by updating the "Last Updated" date in the page header and, where appropriate, by notifying registered Users via their registered email address.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account. The current version of these Terms is always the binding version.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's jurisdiction of incorporation or licensing, as applicable, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence. Pakistani users are reminded that gambling may be subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and related provincial legislation. Rubet does not accept liability for a User's failure to comply with applicable local law.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts or arbitration body in the operator's jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
